Do I have to be a legal resident of the United States?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coffie Enterprise & Communications requires that all individuals seeking to become CSP’s legally reside in the United States and be legal to work within the United States. However, Arise has made a business decision to not support the provision of services from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.

What does the work involve?

You will choose the client you wish to service. The work typically consists of taking inbound customer calls involving customer service. There can be an element of sales involved. Opportunities will be given to you once you have completed the Admissions process.

Can I move to a different location or State and still service Arise?

Accepted Answer

One of the benefits of being virtual is that you can service clients in any environment that continues to meet our home office requirements and equipment standards. Please note that we do not accept candidates from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.

What is the minimum age to become a Virtual Agent?

You must be 18 years old or older at the time you apply with Work at Home Solutions.

Will I need to call long distance?

Accepted Answer

We do have a few clients that require that you have a long-distance package as you would be making outbound calls. Most of our clients are inbound calls that wouldn’t require the long-distance package. So this would be based on which client you choose to express interest in once you have completed the admissions process.

Question 6

How long will it take before I can begin earning money with Arise?

Accepted Answer

The Admissions process can be completed in as little as three to five days! Certification courses required to service a particular client can take between two days and several weeks to complete. Once you join our Virtual Services Corporation and obtained the certifications, you are then eligible to begin earning income by servicing that client. You can begin working from home and earning REAL money in as little as 21 days.

How many hours can I work?

You can work as many hours as you desire. However, there is a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required under the terms of the Statement of Work (‘SOW”) on most client applications. We have hours for CSPs to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hours available for a specific client will be outlined in the Opportunity Announcements you receive once you complete the Admissions Process

Question 8

This opportunity will be replacing my full-time job. Is working as a virtual agent competitive to a full-time job?

This opportunity is very competitive. The amount of money you can earn will depend on the amount of time you want to work and your performance. Many of our clients offer extra incentives for good performance.

What operating systems do Arise and its clients currently support in the US?

Accepted Answer

Windows 7 is no longer an accepted operating system that is supported the clients Arise contracts with. Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 are currently supported by all of the clients and Mac OSX may be supported for a limited set of opportunities. Please refer to the opportunity announcement (once admissions are completed) for additional requirements.

Can I use my laptop to serve Arise clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can use your laptop work as long as your laptop meets the minimum computer requirements listed in the FAQ’s above. Remember, you may not use any wireless connections at any time. Your laptop must be hard-wired to a supported internet connection. Wireless keyboards and a wireless mouse are not supported.

Can my cell phone be used for incoming calls?

No. Arise will not support cell phones due to security reasons. Popular phone service is: Basic Talk ($9.99 Monthly)

Question 13

Can I use my existing home telephone to receive calls?

Accepted Answer

No. You need a separate landline telephone dedicated to receiving Arise incoming calls. This line cannot be used for any other incoming or outgoing personal calls. Arise does require you to provide us a separate contact telephone number. Besides, no one should have this phone number other than Arise. Popular phone service is: Basic Talk ($9.99 Monthly)

Question 14

Can I have another job or contract with another company while I provide services for Arise clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you certainly can! However, we do expect our agents to honor their scheduled commitments to our clients and meet all performance standards.

Question 15

What are Internet connectivity requirements?

Accepted Answer

Hard-wired 3.0 Mbps download / 1.0 Mbps upload broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection.

Note: The use of wireless connections to access any Arise system at any time is prohibited, even if the connection is encrypted. Additionally, Satellite, Microwave, and Cellular Hotspot Internet Services are not permitted.
Note: USB connected modems are not supported.
